RunEngine Terms of Service

Welcome to RunEngine ("RunEngine," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RunEngine application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Overview

RunEngine is a creative workflow and publishing support tool operated by FitMacro Technologies Inc. The Service may help users prepare, manage, review, schedule, or publish content to connected third-party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram, depending on available integrations and user permissions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You must provide accurate account and workspace information.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Connected Third-Party Platforms

The Service may allow you to connect social media or publishing accounts using OAuth or similar authorization flows. By connecting an account, you authorize us to access only the permissions you approve and to use those permissions to provide the requested Service features.

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, developer rules, and community guidelines. We are not responsible for any third-party platform's availability, review decisions, restrictions, takedowns, analytics, API changes, or enforcement actions.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, create, import, or publish through the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, transform, and transmit your content only as needed to operate and improve the Service, provide requested features, and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
Upload malware, spam, or content that violates another person's rights.
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls.
Use the Service to impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
Use connected platform APIs in ways that violate platform developer policies.

7. AI-Generated or Assisted Content

The Service may include AI-assisted features. AI-generated suggestions, captions, scripts, analysis, or recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

If paid features are offered, fees, billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will be shown at checkout or in the applicable app store or billing provider. You are responsible for any taxes and charges associated with your subscription or purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, workflows, and documentation, is owned by FitMacro Technologies Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

10. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service or any third-party integration will be available without interruption.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create risk for us or others, or if required by law or third-party platform rules. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitMacro Technologies Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or CAD $100 if you paid nothing.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FitMacro Technologies Inc. from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, your connected platform accounts, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
