RunEngine ("RunEngine," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by FitMacro Technologies Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the RunEngine application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

RunEngine helps users manage creative workflows and connect publishing accounts. We collect account, workspace, content, and connected-platform authorization information only as needed to provide the Service. We do not sell personal information. We do not use connected social account data for targeted advertising.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email address, user ID, authentication provider, and workspace membership details.
Workspace information: Campaigns, projects, app or channel names, publishing preferences, destinations, notes, and settings.
User content: Captions, scripts, creative concepts, uploaded media, generated drafts, scheduling data, and publishing status.
Connected platform data: Account identifiers, display names, handles, access tokens, refresh tokens, scopes, permissions, connected account metadata, and posting results from platforms you choose to connect.
Usage and diagnostics: Logs, error reports, device/browser information, performance data, and security events.
Billing information: Subscription status, plan information, and payment provider records if paid features are used.

3. Connected Social Platforms

If you connect third-party accounts such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram, we use OAuth or similar authorization flows. We request only the permissions needed for the features you choose to use, such as reading account identity, listing connected publishing destinations, preparing posts, or publishing content when enabled.

We store access tokens and related metadata securely so the Service can maintain the connection. You can revoke access through the third-party platform's settings, and you may contact us to request removal of stored connection data.

To create and manage your account and workspace.
To provide creative workflow, review, scheduling, and publishing features.
To connect and display authorized third-party publishing accounts.
To publish or update content only when you request it and authorize the required permissions.
To provide customer support and respond to requests.
To secure, debug, monitor, and improve the Service.
To comply with legal obligations and third-party platform requirements.

5. AI-Assisted Features

The Service may use AI providers to generate or analyze creative concepts, captions, scripts, campaign ideas, or other content. Information you submit for AI-assisted features may be processed by our service providers only to provide the requested functionality and improve reliability and safety.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

Third-party platforms: When you connect or publish to platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram.
Cloud and infrastructure providers: Hosting, database, file storage, authentication, and security services.
AI and processing providers: To generate or analyze content when you use AI-assisted features.
Billing providers: To manage subscriptions and payments if paid features are used.
Legal and safety: When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, workspace, content, and connected-platform data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. You may request deletion of your account or connected account data by contacting us.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected platform accounts secure.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also revoke connected platform permissions through the relevant platform's account settings.

10. International Processing

We are based in Canada and may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms for international data transfers.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
